The Information Technology Department is dedicated to helping you with your classroom technology needs, and keeps Phoenix College on the leading edge of computer applications in its classrooms, offices and labs.
We maintain the networks and servers that link our faculty, staff and students to each other and the world. We are available to help incorporate new technology and multimedia into your curriculum, and to support tried and true equipment that you use every day.
- Students: Please contact the 24/7 Student Help Desk at 1(888) 994-4433. They are available to help with issues related to My.maricopa.edu (creating accounts, resetting passwords, trouble printing transcripts, etc.), student E-mail (Gmail), and eCourses (Canvas).
- Employees: Our Faculty and Staff Help Desk, located in D-115, is standing by to answer your questions or troubleshoot any problems you may experience, and can assign one of our highly trained technicians to assist you on-site if necessary. We can also help with securing the best prices for your department's technology purchasing needs, and ensure that they meet college specifications for system compatibility and support.
