1. What are the benefits of joining the Phoenix College Alumni Association
As a card-carrying member of the PCAA, you will be able to enjoy the following benefits:

2. How do I request a copy of my transcripts?
Please contact the Office of Admissions and Records to request a copy of your official transcripts.
3. Do you provide career services to alumni?
Yes. Phoenix College offers career services to all of our alumni. Get help designing attention-grabbing resumes, fine-tune your interviewing skills by completing video-recorded mock interviews, take career-planning tool assessments to help focus your career search and learn job-search techniques. Please contact the Office of Career Services for more information.
4. Am I able to use the library as a former student?
Yes. You will need to visit the Office of Alumni & Development to pick-up an alumni membership card. You will have the same check out privileges as a student (i.e. up to 20 items at any given time to include media [up to three of one type]. If you wish to have computer account access, you can pay a small $10/semester technology fee (handled through Computer Commons). For setting up a library account, please go to the Circulation Desk inside the library.
5. How do I request to be removed from your mailing and email distribution lists?

6. How do I report a deceased family member or friend?
Please contact Barbara Stratton at 602.285.7337 or firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can properly update our records and ensure that he/she no longer receives any of our mailings.
7. Can your office assist me in finding a former classmate or faculty member?
We always like to reunite alumni with each other, but we must also respect an individual's right to privacy. Please contact our office to find out if your former classmate or faculty member is in our datebase. If so, we will then contact this individual to request his/her permission to provide his/her contact information to the requestor. We will then follow-up with you directly.
8. Who should I contact if I want to become involved with the Alumni Association?

9. How do I donate an item to your archives?
All items may be hand-delivered to Building OSE, Room 106 or mailed to:

10. Am I able to copy photos from your archives and check-out items such as yearbooks?
We permit our guests to copy and/or scan items from our archives. Since many of our items are irreplaceable, we ask that items not leave our office so that future guests can enjoy their historical significance.
11. How do I find out about upcoming alumni events?
The easiest way to find out about upcoming alumni events is to join our mailing list. The main landing page for the Phoenix College website also offers the full list of campus events. Alumni are always welcome to attend!
12. How do I obtain a PCAA Membership Card?
Membership cards have always been available in the Alumni & Development Office; however, as of 2013, all new alumni are automatically mailed an alumni membership card. If you joined before January 2013, please contact Christy Flora at 602-285-7652 or firstname.lastname@example.org and she will be happy to send you a card. You are always welcome to drop by the office to pick up a card as well.
