Fitness and Wellness
The Fitness and Wellness program provides the opportunities and assistance to achieve a higher level of personal health and wellness through a wide variety of physical activity and educational experiences.
The activities serve a diverse population including youth, senior citizens, working adults and traditional college students.
Courses and activities are available in the following areas:
- Activity classes
- Employee wellness
- Health and wellness courses
- Senior Wellness (SilverSneakers® and Cardiac Rehab Phase III)
- Fitness Center & Group Fitness Program
Activity classes include: Boot Camp, Kickboxing, Pilates, Dance, Golf, Martial Arts and Yoga.
