Installing the CFS Plugin

January 01, 2012

Installing the CFS plugin

In order to use the new CFS system via the web, you will need an Oracle java applet plugin installed on your computer called "Jiniator".

This is a very simple and quick installation.

Once installed, please note that loading the java applet takes time. On slower machines with minimal memory it may take 2 to 3 minutes for the applet to load. Load time is directly related to desktop speed and memory, and the number of users on the system. When the applet is loading, do notclose that window, even after completion. Simply minimize it. When the java applet is loaded, the CFS application will appear.

If you are not comfortable performing the installation below, or need assistance, please contact the Help Desk at (602)285-7200.
