Chicken and Sausage Gumbo 
Cajun style gumbo thickened with a rich brown roux. Garnished with white rice

Seafood Cocktail 
Served with a coconut cocktail sauce

Roast Pork Mojo
Slow roasted, mojo marinated pork accompanied with Cuban black beans and homemade flour tortilla 

Chicken Marsala 
Tender chicken breast sautéed in marsala wine and mushrooms. Served on a bed of tender pasta
