Vine ripened tomatoes served with fresh mozzarella and a balsamic reduction

Entrées

Grilled Lamb Chops
Rosemary crusted lamb chops grilled to a medium rare and finished with a currant gastrique, served with duchess potatoes and sautéed carrots

Moroccan Style Shrimp
Sautéed shrimp served with a yogurt lime sauce and herb cous cous and grilled squash

Desserts

A sampling of coconut macaroons dipped in chocolate and Gebert macaroons filled with chocolate ganache and raspberry preserves
