Minute Steak Au Poivre
Peppercorn encrusted New York strip served with cognac cream sauce, parmesan roasted potatoes, and sautéed vegetables

Blackened Tilapia
Tilapia coated with Cajun flavored blackening spice, served on corn cakes and collard greens, and garnished with a homemade rémoulade sauce


Chocolate Mousse Entremet
Light and delicate chocolate mousse with a vanilla crémeux center

New York Style Cheese Cake
Rich and creamy served with mixed berry sauce
