Young spinach, strawberries, and spiced walnuts dressed with a Raspberry Vinaigrette

Entrées

Minute Steak Au Poivre*
Peppercorn encrusted New York Strip with cognac cream sauce.  Served with parmesan roasted potatoes and sautéed vegetables

Grilled Salmon Filet
Served with a lemon dill sabayon, seasonal vegetables, and roasted garlic mashed potatoes

Dessert

New York Style Cheese Cake
Rich and creamy served with mixed berry sauce
