House cured and cold smoked salmon served with cucumbers and a chive and cream cheese filling, garnished with capers and served over spring greens


Grilled Cornish Game Hen
Roasted semi boneless hen with a blackberry sage glaze, served with wild rice pilaf and vegetable of the day

Capellini al Pomodoro
Delicate pasta tossed with a medley of bell peppers and bok choy
