Sautéed Swiss Chard Sicilian Style
Swiss chard sautéed with garlic, kalamata olives, and raisins, served over a white bean ragout

Veal Scallopini Piccata
Veal cutlets lightly breaded and sautéed finished with a lemon wine sauce, served with steamed broccoli and parmesan risotto
