First Course

Lentil Soup
Puree of legumes with hint of cardamom, cumin and coriander

House Salad
Mixed baby greens, roasted red peppers and your choice of dressing

Caprese Salad
Vine ripened tomatoes served with fresh mozzarella and a balsamic reduction


Grilled Lamb Chops*
Rosemary crusted lamb chops grilled to a medium rare and finished with a blackberry gastrique. Served with duchess potatoes and roasted carrots

Moroccan Style Shrimp
Sautéed shrimp served with a yogurt lime sauce and herb couscous and roasted spaghetti squash


New York Style Cheese Cake
Rich and creamy served with mixed berry sauce

Red velvet cake layered with a mascarpone and cream cheese filling
