Louis Leithold Mathematics Scholarship
The Louis Leithold Mathematics Scholarships are awarded to students for outstanding achievement in mathematics at all levels. Recipients will be awarded at least $300.
Who can apply?
o Any student enrolled in a Phoenix College mathematics course.
o A completed application form.
o A personal statement addressing the stated questions.
o An unofficial copy of your transcripts.
o Instructor Recommendation Form (to be given to instructor)
Submit the application to the Math Office (A230) or Veronica Herrera (A245) by Friday , March 21, 2014 by 3pm.
The Review Process
The Math Scholarship Committee will verify the information on the applications and select the best candidates.
Incomplete applications will not be considered.
