Grilled chicken breast, avocado, grape tomatoes, goat cheese and choice of dressing


Beef Bourguignon
Tender beef simmered in a rich wine sauce served with potato croquettes

Snapper en Papillote
Fillet of rock cod snapper poached in a pouch of parchment, served over a medley of leeks, fennel and bell peppers.


New York Style Cheese Cake
Rich and creamy served with mixed berry sauce

Home-made lady-finger sponge soaked in an espresso simple syrup and layered with a mascarpone custard
