Eric Fischl Gallery

The Eric Fischl Gallery is a non-profit gallery located in Phoenix College's contemporary Fine Arts building. It is a well-known gallery, playing host numerous shows throughout the year.

The gallery features an open design, with an upper deck and magnificent outdoor patio which looks out on the Phoenix College downtown skyline.

Student talent and local artist are featured in the gallery throughout the year with events such as The Western Eye, Annual Holiday Art Sale, Phoenix College Student Art Competition, and the Eric Fischl Lecture Series.

Western Eye Student Photography Competition

Stop by the Eric Fischl Gallery at Phoenix College to see the best work from this year's student entries, as selected by 2015 judge, Rick Gayle. Light refreshments will be provided. All are welcome!

 

About this year’s judge:

 

Rick Gayle is a nationally-acclaimed commercial photographer who has been producing still life, product, and food photography for over 35 years for a wide variety of local and national clients. He has also taught as an adjunct professor in the Commercial Photography program at The Art Institute of Phoenix and Phoenix College over the last 12 years. He graduated from the prestigious Art Center College of Design based in Los Angeles.
