Welcome Center Area
When you visit the Welcome Center you will be provided a broad scope of services by enrollment specialists. Many students get their questions answered here, and if needed, will be referred to one of the self-service computers, while other students, with more complex issues, will placed in an automated queue* that corresponds to their goals.
Students directed to the Enrollment Center Area will meet with cross-trained specialists who offer expert assistance with admissions, registration, basic financial aid, international student, and basic schedule building. For many, this will be the last stop needed before going to the Cashier’s Office to arrange for payment.
Students directed to the Planning Center experience a deeper level of service for academic advising, financial aid, veteran’s affairs and international student concerns. This area will provide students with personalized one-on-one with a trained advisor.
This area also houses representatives from ASU & NAU offering transfer assistance.
