Step 4. Register for Classes

If you are new to college and planning to complete a degree or transfer to a university, you are required to enroll in Bear Trax.

Students enrolled in a Bear Trax session will learn how to navigate their online student account, activate their gmail account, search for classes, learn about degree programs, services and resources, receive academic advisement and register for classes so they leave Bear Trax with a class schedule in hand.

Continuing students should see an academic advisor in the Hannelly Center to determine their proper course selection based on their program of study or major.

 **All faxed or mailed forms must arrive in the Admissions and Records office no later than 3 weeks before the start of the semester. DO NOT include payment.





After meeting with your academic advisor and completing your Individual Academic Plan, complete the following steps:

  1. Log into your student account at
  2. Click Add a Class under Academics
  3. Select Term (semester), Program (credit/noncredit), and PC
  4. Click Search for Classes
  5. Select classes that follow your academic plan.

Available Monday–Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (hours may vary during semester breaks, summer, and holidays).
