Student Club Facility Request Form

Clubs/Organizations are required to use this form to reserve a PC vehicle and/or a campus space at least two weeks prior to the scheduled event. Requests will be reviewed for approval by your Club Advisor and the Director of Student Life and Leadership. If this is a VEHICLE REQUEST ONLY please note "Vehicle Request ONLY" in the Event Name and Description box.
