TIME MANAGEMENT TOOL - Semester-at-a-Glance Calendar- Spring 2018 SAAG
How best to use the SAAG:
- Start the first week to get organized; the SAAG is convenient and gives you a whole semester overview of your class requirements on a single page
- Review each syllabus and write important due dates on the SAAG for each class for tests, papers, projects, study dates, assignments, and finals
- Organize by color, for example, use a different color for tests than assignments or a different color for each class
- Look for days or weeks where you have congestion in your schedule, such as two papers and a test in the same week, and then plan ahead to study or work on it early or try to reschedule
- Keep your SAAG with you and review each day and week to plan accordingly
- Writing on and using the SAAG regularly keeps you on top of important deadlines and keeps you organized so you don't fall behind in your classes
