The Phoenix college Help Desk is available on campus and by phone to assist students with technology issues.  In addition to assistance with college-provided resources like student email, software, or devices, our help desk can provide basic general technical assistance with personal devices, such as joining the wireless network, software downloads, and some virus or malware removal.

If the Phoenix College Help Desk is unavailable, the 24/7 help desk is always there to help with issues relating to my.maricopa.edu (creating accounts, resetting passwords, printing transcripts, etc.), student email accounts, and Canvas problems.
