Phoenix College, in partnership with One Community Initiative, will host two additional Covid-19 Vaccination Clinics this Fall. The clinics will take place at the following times, in Hacienda Room, F121:
- Thursday, October 21, 8 am - 1 pm
- Thursday, November 18, 8 am - 1 pm
The clinic is open to students, alumni, faculty, staff, and community members. An unlimited number of Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson vaccines are available.
Booster Vaccines will be available for the following Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine recipients who completed their initial series at least 6 months ago, and are:
Currently enrolled PC students are eligible for a $50 Grocery Gift Card when they receive a shot at the clinic, while supplies last. Students are restricted to receiving one card, no matter how many times they visit the clinic.
