Phoenix College Service Learning provides many opportunities all year around to help students experience giving back to the local community. Below are some opportunities to get involved and complete requirements for classes with community service or service-learning requirements. Please get approval from instructor before attending.

Activity: Packing emergency food boxes
SMFBA Knight Distribution Center
Location: Knight Center, 3131 West Thomas Road, Phoenix, 85017
Shift Times 8:30 – 11, 11 – 1:00, 1:00 – 3:00 & 2 – 4:30 pm
Activity: Onsite food distribution
Shift times are flexible Monday-Friday between 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, with the most support needed in the afternoon.
Walk-in individual volunteers are also accepted without reservation.
