The Phoenix Pan Rising Festival (est. 2023) is dedicated to bringing people together around the steelpan and the wonderful musical culture it inspires world-wide.
Invented in the twin republic Caribbean islands of Trinidad and Tobago, the steelpan is a symbol of Afro-Caribbean creativity, resilience, and musical expression. Made from 55-gallon steel oil drums, you’ll be amazed by the beauty of the sound and the variety of musical styles that can be created.
