Scholarships are considered gift aid, which doesn't require repayment. All students are encouraged to apply, regardless of immigration status.

PC students enjoy many scholarship opportunities through the generosity of individuals and organizations from around the community, including distinguished alumni, and corporations.  Read on to explore resources for finding multiple categories of gift aid.

STEP 1:  COMPLETE SCHOLARSHIP PROFILE

Proofread your profile thoroughly, and ensure the essay reflects your best writing.  Concerned that your grades aren't optimal?  Worried that there are no opportunities in your field of study?   Don't be bashful: finalize your profile with confidence!  We have scholarships for every major, and for students whose GPAs start at 2.0.

 

STEP 2:  USE THE PROFILE TO APPLY

Once your profile is set up, it's easy to apply!  Let the system find the best opportunities for you.

Scholarships become available throughout the year, so check the system often.  Outside the months of May and November—when the system is closed for maintenance—you can log on regularly to scan, and apply, for additional opportunities.

Phoenix College's Department of Financial Aid & Wellness wants to help you minimize the cost of your education.  We invite students to reach out through multiple channels.

  • Attend Scholarship Help Sessions  You are invited to join us at the Hannelly Center's BearTrax Room for a thorough overview of the student application process, and tips for success. No pre-registration is required; simply join us at the meeting time.
