Policies & Procedures

  1. Check the box to confirm that you understand and agree to these rules.

  2. Please allow at least 2 business days for your appointment request to be processed.

  3. It is your responsibility to know what your instructor allows on the exam (note cards, calculators, etc.). If you are unsure, ask your instructor before your appointment.

  4. You must check in at least 15 minutes early. If you arrive late, you may have to reschedule.

  5. Bring a valid photo ID (state, federal, or college) and your appointment confirmation email (printed or digital).

  6. All personal items (phones, backpacks, hats, watches, scarves, etc.) must be stored in lockers.
    All electronic devices must be turned off and stored. You may not use the calculator on your phone during the exam.

  7. Head coverings are not allowed unless for religious or medical reasons. If this applies to you, tell the proctor. Head coverings may be subject to inspection.

  8. No food or drinks are allowed in the testing room.

  9. No restroom breaks during the exam.

  10. Children are not allowed in the testing room and may not be left unattended.

  11. All testing is monitored by video and audio recording.
