Services are available Monday-Thursday. Appointments are limited and scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis based on student requests. You are strongly encouraged to schedule your appointment as soon as possible to ensure the best availability. Allow at least one full business day (24 hrs Monday-Thursday) to process your request; requests submitted after 3pm on Friday will be processed no later than 5pm on the following Monday - please plan accordingly.

Please allow at least two business days to process your appointment request.
Students are required to check in at least 15 minutes before my appointment; students who arrive late may be required to reschedule their appointment.
Students must present a current, valid photo ID (state, federal, or college ID) and a printed/digital copy of their appointment confirmation email when they check in for their exam.
The last name on your photo ID & your name in your Student Center must match; please contact Admissions to process name changes before arriving for your exam.
Students must store their personal belongings (phone, watch, backpack, etc.) in the Testing Services lockers while they complete their exams. Electronic devices (phone, laptop, tablet, etc.) must be turned off and stored during exams.
Food/beverages are not allowed in the testing room.
Restroom breaks are not allowed during exams.
Children are not allowed in the testing room, nor may children (under 18) be left unattended while you complete your exam.
All testing is subject to video and audio recording and surveillance.
