Phoenix College, in partnership with One Community Initiative, is hosting two additional Covid-19 Vaccination Clinics prior to the start of the Spring Semester. The clinics will take place at the following times, in Hacienda Room, F121:
• Tuesday, January 4, 8 am - 1 pm
• Thursday, January 13, 8 am - 1 pm
INITIAL DOES & BOOSTERS AVAILABLE
The clinic is open to students, alumni, faculty, staff, and community members. All vaccine brands are available. Pfizer and Moderna Booster Vaccines are also ready for vaccine recipients who have completed their initial series at least 6 months ago, and meet CDC Guidelines.
GIFT CARD FOR ENROLLED STUDENTS
PC students who are enrolled for Spring '22 are eligible for a $50 Grocery Gift Card when they receive a shot at the clinic, while supplies last. Students are restricted to receiving one card, no matter how many times they visit the clinic.
