PHOENIX COLLEGE HOSTS INAUGURAL MARIACHI FESTIVAL

Phoenix College (PC) will host its first Mariachi Festival on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at 1202 W. Thomas Road. The event, from 5:00 – 9:00 pm, includes food trucks and an artisan marketplace in Pastor Plaza and Freshman Square, followed by performances from state-wide mariachi ensembles in Bulpitt Auditorium.

The Commission on Collegiate Interpreter Education (CCIE) voted to award Accreditation to the Associate of Applied Science Degree in Interpreter Preparation at Phoenix College (PC).

Phoenix College Students Maya Lee and Ro Loucks Awarded 2023-2024 All-Arizona Academic Team Honors

Phoenix College is proud to announce students Maya Lee and Ro Loucks are members of the 2023-24 All Arizona Academic Team. Each student will receive a tuition scholarship to one of the Arizona state universities, presented annually by the Arizona Board of Regents to exceptional Arizona community college transfer students based on outstanding academic performance and community service.

Matthew Ritchie is Guest Artist for PC's 2024 Eric Fischl Series

Artist Matthew Ritichie is this year's guest artist in the Eric Fischl Series. Held at the Phoenix Art Museum from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m., the series includes a student art exhibition and reception in the Great Hall, followed by the Vanguard Awards Presentation and a conversation between Eric Fischl and guest artist Matthew Ritchie in Whiteman Hall.
