Are you interested in shoring up your personal finances? Knowing where to start can be puzzling—especially if you're new to the game. Speaking of games, here's a chance to introduce yourself to personal finance through a contest designed for students just like you.
THIS TUESDAY, LIVE THE FAB LIFE:
A GAME OF SIMULATION
You’ll be assigned to walk in the shoes of a random stranger. Using their financial situation, and your problem solving skills, only you keep them financially solvent. Leave with solid strategies that can be applied to your own financial roadmap.

HOW TO PLAY
As a participant, you'll be asked to imagine yourself at age 28. You'll receive a life scenario, and a budget, that's determined by factors like:
- Relationship Status (married or single)
- Family Size (kids or no kids)
- Occupation (determines your salary)
- Education
The objective will be to live within your means as you use your salary to "buy" services. As the game progresses, you'll strategize ways to maintain the best lifestyle your situation will allow. Those who maintain a balanced budget by the game's end will win.
