Maricopa Foundation Scholarships

You'll recognize Foundation Scholarships from messaging around campus saying, "One Application. Hundreds of Scholarships."

These opportunities are privately funded, and most are open to all Phoenix College students.   The Deadline for Foundation Scholarships been Extended to October 31.  Get Started Today!

STEP ONE:  COMPLETE YOUR FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP PROFILE
Developing a profile in the Foundation Scholarship - Online Application System will help you in two ways:

  • It automatically filters a huge scholarship database, alerting you to opportunities that are a good fit.
  • When you select a scholarship that's worthwhile, it submits your information to the award committee for consideration, saving time and resources.

Don't be Bashful: Complete your profile, and Apply to Any Opportunity You Find Relevant.  Concerned that your grades aren't where they should be?  Worried that there are no opportunities in your field of study?   Apply anyway.  We have scholarships for every major, and for students whose GPAs start at 2.0.

STEP TWO:  USE THE PROFILE TO APPLY TO HUNDREDS OF SCHOLARSHIPS
These opportunities have been established for academically deserving students, as well as those who demonstrate financial need. Once your profile is set up, it's easy to apply!

STEP THREE:  GET ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS.
The department of Financial Aid & Wellness wants you to minimize the cost of your education. Reach out through Chat, or by email or phone.  You can also stop by our offices in the Hannelly Enrollment Center.  Hours, along with contact information, are at the right.

District Scholarships

District Scholarships are publicly funded, requiring students to complete the FAFSA, and declare their lawful presence in the U.S.

The database is frequently updated to list new opportunities, so check back often!

External Scholarships

External Scholarships are awarded by the business community, and civic organizations.  Follow specific instructions for each opportunity.
