Equity Connect

We are thrilled to introduce Equity Connect, an innovative online platform designed to promote equity and inclusivity in our educational community. As a benefit of our grant-funded Takeoff Scholars program, Phoenix College is now an esteemed member of the USC Race and Equity Center Alliance. As such, this portal is open to all faculty and staff affiliated with this initiative. As we continue our commitment to creating a more equitable learning environment, we invite you to join us on this journey.

Equity Connect is a dynamic space where we can come together to share ideas, resources, and best practices, as well as engage in meaningful conversations about equity in education. Our aim is to foster a sense of belonging and support for all members of our educational community, regardless of background or identity.

Here's what you can expect when you join Equity Connect:

 

• Access to a Diverse Community: Connect with colleagues from different departments and roles who share a common interest in advancing equity in education.
• Resource Sharing: Discover and share resources, articles, videos, and other materials that can help us better understand and address issues related to equity.
• Interactive Discussions: Participate in thought-provoking discussions, ask questions, and offer your insights on a variety of equity-related topics.
• Professional Development Opportunities: Stay informed about workshops, webinars, and seminars focused on equity and inclusivity that you can attend or contribute to.
• Collaborative Projects: Find opportunities to collaborate with colleagues on initiatives that promote equity within our institution.
