- Phone Support: The 24/7 Student Help Desk is available at 1(888) 994-4433. They can help with issues related to My.maricopa.edu (creating accounts, resetting passwords, trouble printing transcripts, etc.), student E-mail (Gmail), and Canvas.
- In-Person (Fall and Spring semesters): Located in the Library, students can get help with their personal devices including phones, tablets and, computers. We can assist with joining wi-fi, software downloads, general troubleshooting, and also assist with some virus and malware removal.
- Our Help Desk is standing by to answer your questions or troubleshoot any problems you may experience and can assign one of our highly trained technicians to assist you on-site if necessary. We can also help with securing the best prices for your department's technology purchasing needs, and ensure that they meet college specifications for system compatibility and support.
