Join a Group Exercise Class.

Check out our Group Fitness Classes, which are open to healthy community members of all ages—including neighbors, faculty, staff, alumni and students.

The schedule includes specialty programs developed seniors, including SilverSneakers®.  Please note that seniors (age 65+) aren't limited to these programs, and are welcome to join any class of their choosing.  Conversely, some non-seniors elect to join SilverSneakers® and BrainSavers®.

The sign-up process, which involves registering for Fitness 100, automatically establishes you as a Fitness Center Member

Membership entitles you to fitness center access, even outside of class.  Unsure of what to take?  Enrolling in just one course enables you to participate in as many exercise classes as you wish.
