Insurance Programs
SPRING 2026
Determine if your health insurance plan provides a free Fitness Center membership by calling the phone number on the back of your medical card. Ask the provider for a Fitness ID Number. We commonly accept Silver Sneakers, Prime, Silver & Fit, Active & Fit, Renew Active, One Pass, Optum, and Healthy Contributions.
