While our in-person commencement ceremony has been cancelled, Phoenix College is looking at other options to celebrate our graduates. No final decisions have been made yet. We encourage you to hold off on requesting refunds while we look at other options for the ceremony. Any payments made by credit card will be issued back to the same card if a refund is requested. All other payment forms will be issued through the MSRP (Maricopa Student Refund Program). Please contact Student Business Services at for more information..

**Commencement ceremony has been postponed until May 2021.

Note: Since the graduation ceremony is held once per year, previous year Summer and Fall degree/certificate completers may participate. Students may be awarded after the completion of each semester (Spring, Summer, Fall).

Obtain your Official Transcripts

Ensure that all credits received at other institutions is sent to Phoenix College by ordering official transcripts and sending them to:

Please note: You do not need to have other Maricopa Community College transcripts sent to PC.
