Phoenix College Help Desk
The Phoenix college Help Desk is available on campus, ad virtually, to assist students with technology issues. In addition to assistance with college-provided resources like student email, software, or devices, our help desk can provide basic general technical assistance with personal devices, such as joining the wireless network, software downloads, and some virus or malware removal.

24/7 Help Desk
If the Phoenix College Help Desk is unavailable, Maricopa Online Student Center and Canvas Online Support Chat is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. They are available to help with issues related to access (creating accounts, resetting passwords, trouble printing transcripts, etc.), Student Gmail, and Canvas.
